My 3D work mainly specalizes (at current) with creatures and items as well as weaponry and some forms of machinery. 

My pipeline generally stems from working with some form of concept art or model sheet before proceeding to create the model itself. I then take the model and will then proceed to work with it in photoshop (general standard models / characters) or apply it to Quxiel for full detail.

All work is completed in 3DS max before being exported to Sketchfab/Unreal Engine 4/Unity/etc.
